An open concept Upper Level features the Kitchen, Dining and Living areas that extend into the Screened Porch via French Doors. A stairway leads to the Roof Deck offering breathtaking panoramic views of the island plus spectacular star gazing a night. The Master Bedroom is also on the second level and includes a King Bed, reading area and en-suite master bath.
Two guest bedrooms on the Lower Level offer a Queen Bed and two Twin Beds. They share the house bath along with a large, comfortable Family Room and wrap around balcony & deck. The property is complemented with beautiful tropical landscaping, a garden patio and walking paths to both Coco Bay and Ocean Beach.
